Auscraft RV will provide a 5-year Structural warranty for all caravans. The
warranty period commences from the date of the first retail sale and is valid only
for the original purchaser (the warranty is non-transferable in any circumstances),
and is subject to any conditions that are relevant under State or Federal laws that
may apply. The warranty is only in relation to parts, accessories and components
manufactured by Auscraft RV.

All other parts, components or accessories fitted by Auscraft to the caravan
come under the warranty of said part, component or accessory. These parts,
components and accessories can include, but are not limited to:
• Air Conditioners
• Awnings
• Chassis
• Electric Brakes
• Fridges
• Hot Water Systems
• Microwaves
• Rangehood
• Stoves
• Suspension
• Toilet
• Tyres
• Any other electrical appliance

Please note that the following such parts, accessories and components should
be maintained and serviced in accordance with the relevant manufacturer’s
requirements and specifications. At the point of the ‘handover’ the customer
must become fully acquainted with their caravan to help eliminate unnecessary warranty claims.

The Auscraft warranty is only valid when all of the procedures have been
followed. Warranty claims will not be recognised unless a ‘Warranty Registration
Form’ has been lodged to Auscraft’ warranty department. Before any work can
be commenced, approval must be gained from Auscraft RV.
Accessories supplied and/or fitted after-market will not form part of the Auscraft
RV warranty.

It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that the caravan is well maintained in
all aspects. We recommend that the first service should be carried out after
approximately 1,000km in travel then annually or after every 10,000km covered
in travel to save any chances of problems appearing.

Whilst the Auscraft RV warranty is all inclusive it is the owners responsibility
to ensure that all caution is taken in relation to the terrain that is covered. The
warranty does not cover abuse or misuse.
